 American Duplicating employees are trained in the most
current techniques and technologies available, and are fully
prepared to transmit their knowledge to customers. We offer
on-site training for all personnel who need to use to the
equipment we provide. After delivery, installation and user
training, our sales staff follows up to verify that our customers are satisfied and using the new
equipment properly. Within 30 days after the first training, an additional session may be set up
to further the clients’ understanding of the new equipment. Beyond the initial install and
training we offer unlimited user support, minimizing costs and maximizing your productivity.
